Please find the registration form for 2016 HERE.
A separate form must be filled in for each student. Please identify the student’s age group, fill in the required details and mark on the Timetable on page 2 of the registration form which classes you wish to enroll the student in to.
Registration forms can be emailed to me at electricentertainmentdance@hotmail.com or can be pre-written, ready to be handed in at Registration Day this Saturday (23/1/16) between 11:30am and 2:30pm at the Yanchep Community Centre at 7 Lagoon Drive, Yanchep.
Emailed forms allow you to register before the Registration Day, however, this document will need to be signed for legal purposes before the student may commence classes.
